ERIK'S 1st FOOD!

On Saturday October 7th Erik had his first real food; rice cereal! Yummy! He was very excited about it and ate it as fast as I could feed it to him. Just look at that face. 

Red Kaia

Momol's favorite color for little girls is red. Does it show? Kaia just got a bunch of new clothes and more than half was red and white. Which is fine with her -the only color she likes more is.......PINK! What a girl! 

1st day of day care

All Kaia's new play mates. Sonja on the left, Andrea in the middle and Ida on the right. In addition to Kaia of course, and "tante Ilene". 

2 major milestones

This is Kaia outside with Irene on her very first day of child care. She only went for about two hours and did very well. We had made some chocolate muffins that she brought for the other kids as an ice breaker. This is also the day that I consider she was toilet trained. 2 major milstones in 1 day! 

Master of good comments

Sometimes it's amazing to me what comes out of this girl's mouth. We were driving home from a hike in the woods when I said "everybody is hungry" and from the back seat we hear "this body too!"

Here we are with a lot of the family in Norway. From left to right: Erik, Daniel, Marianne, Kaia, Peter, Katrina, Vibeke, Espen, Stine and Verard. We all met at the cottage in Holmsbu to close it up for the winter. 

Erik Rolled Over

Erik rolled over from front to back on September 25, 2006 at 3:15pm! He's also very good at drooling.
